Quick response from P C

Quick response from P C to an order for which wrong size goods were sent out. However the delivery both times took much longer than expected possibly due to COVID 19 issues, but I was unaware the advertised price of the goods in the UK did not include VAT nor Royal Mail handling charges which added approximately another 30+ % onto the price of the goods. This should be better communicated to P C customers.
